All orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation.

Orders are processed during regular business days only:

  • Monday to Saturday

  • Excluding public holidays

Please note:

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed on the next business day.

  • Processing times may be slightly longer during sales, holidays, or high-demand periods.


2. Shipping Methods

We work with trusted courier and logistics partners to deliver your orders safely.

Available shipping options may include:

  • Standard Shipping

  • Express Shipping (if available)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders

Shipping methods may vary depending on your delivery location and product availability.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS

  • Other Cities/Towns: 7-12 BUSINESS DAYS

  • Remote Areas: 12-15 BUSINESS DAYS

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Order value

  • Product weight/dimensions

  • Delivery location

Shipping fees:

  • Standard Shipping: According to product weight

  • Free Shipping on orders above: ₹500

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email or SMS

  • Tracking details and tracking link (if applicable)

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after shipment dispatch.

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

7. Incorrect Address Information

8. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 7 DAYS of delivery or expected delivery date.

To help us investigate the issue, we may request:

  • Photos of damaged packaging/products

  • Delivery details

We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


9. International Shipping

EasyBazaar currently:

  • DOES NOT offer international shipping.

If international shipping is available:

  • Delivery timelines may vary by country

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import charges are the responsibility of the customer

  • International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout

We are not responsible for customs delays or additional import fees charged by destination countries.
