1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be returned within 7 DAYS of delivery (Applicable Products Only)

  • Be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Include original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories (if applicable)

  • Not show signs of damage caused by misuse or improper handling

Returns may not be accepted if the product does not meet the above conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return or refund:

  • Perishable items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Digital/downloadable products

  • Gift cards

  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

Please check product descriptions carefully before placing your order.


3. Return Request Process

  • Your order number

  • Product details

  • Reason for return

  • Photos/videos (if item is damaged or defective)

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.


4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Clear photos/videos of the product

  • Photos of packaging

  • Order details

After verification, we may offer:

  • Replacement

  • Exchange

  • Full or partial refund

depending on the situation.


5. Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged for:

  • A different size

  • A replacement product

  • Store credit (if applicable)

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be provided instead.


6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days

Refunds are generally issued to:

  • Original payment method

  • Store credit (if applicable)

Please note:

  • Banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.

  • Shipping charges are typically non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


7. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping responsibility may vary depending on the reason for return.

If the return is due to:

  • Defective product

👉 EasyBazaar may cover return shipping costs.

If the return is due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect order placed by customer

  • Preference issues

👉 Customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the standard return process will apply.


9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the expected processing time:
