Orders & payment
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? ⌄
Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery across India. Simply place your order and pay when it arrives at your doorstep. No advance payment needed.
What payment methods do you accept? ⌄
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards, and net banking. All online payments are 100% secure.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? ⌄
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placing them. After that, the order is processed for dispatch and changes may not be possible. Contact us immediately on WhatsApp for fastest support.
How do I use a discount code? ⌄
At checkout, you'll see a "Discount code" field. Enter your code (e.g. WELCOME10) and click Apply. The discount will be deducted from your total before payment.
Shipping & delivery
How long does delivery take? ⌄
Most orders are delivered within 5–8 business days across India. Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad) typically receive orders in 3–5 business days.
Is shipping free? ⌄
Yes! We offer free delivery on all orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a small shipping fee applies based on your location.
How do I track my order? ⌄
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can also WhatsApp us with your order number and we'll update you instantly.
Do you ship across all of India? ⌄
Yes, we deliver pan-India including remote areas. Delivery timelines may vary for remote PIN codes. Enter your PIN code at checkout to confirm serviceability.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy? ⌄
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Contact us within 7 days to initiate a return.
I received a damaged or wrong item. What do I do? ⌄
We're sorry! Please take a photo or short video of the item and WhatsApp it to us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
How long does a refund take? ⌄
Once we receive and verify the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI. For online payments, the amount is credited back to your original payment method.

Are your products genuine and good quality? ⌄
Yes. We carefully select each product on EasyBazaar for quality and value. We stand behind every item we sell — if you're not satisfied, our return policy has you covered.
The size I want is not available. Will it be restocked? ⌄
WhatsApp us with the product name and size — we'll let you know as soon as it's back in stock, or suggest a great alternative.
